Shipment processing time:

It takes 1-2 days to pick, clean and package your order for shipping once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will confirm the shipment and provide you with a tracking number, your tracking number will become active 24hrs after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs is calculated when your order is processed depending on the weight of your order and your shipping option. Letsoba boutique does not offer free shipping at this time.

Lost Packages:

Letsoba Boutique is not responsible for your package once your package is shipped. Letsoba Boutique is not responsible for wrong address. We cannot change the address of the package once shipped, please make sure your address is correct. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the courier you have chosen using your tracking number.
