Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Letsoba boutique has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To request a return you must email us at info@letsobaboutique.com if your return is accepted Letsoba will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to return your order. Returning your order without requesting a return will result in us not accepting your returns. Shipping costs for your return items back to Letsoba will be your responsibility, your refund will not include your shipping cost.

Are you eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- The item needs to have the receipt for proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and checked we will initiate  a refund to your method of payment.
